Stephan C. Ouverson

Managing for Excellence

Mr. Ouverson’s practice includes commercial and residential real estate, corporate, probate and related general practice matters. As part of his real estate practice, he represents lenders and developers in connection with the acquisition, financing, development, and sale of commercial projects, condominium complexes, and residential subdivisions. His experiences in these areas include creating horizontal property regimes, handling securitized loans on large apartment complexes and other transactional matters. Mr. Ouverson is also the firm’s managing partner.

As part of his general practice, he handles probate matters, estate planning, corporate structuring, and condominium associations.
